What is Scrubbd, anyway?

2020 has been quite the year.

Society is facing the greatest public health crisis of our lifetime, and we're still in the midst of battling it. We're dealing with threats to our livelihoods that were previously unimaginable - who could have predicted a virus would put the world on pause?

As our team sat at home wondering when we'll be able to resume our daily lives, we decided it wasn't enough to just sit on the sidelines and wait for change to happen.

We wanted to drive that change.

Scrubbd started with one mission in mind - to create products and tools to limit the spread of viruses and germs.

Where are your products made?

We work closely with metal manufacturers in China to craft our products. All our products are then shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California.

We spent months prototyping our touch tool and vetting manufacturer after manufacturer. We meticulously designed the touch tool focusing on all the little details. We wanted this touch tool to be absolutely perfect, and we didn't stop until we found the right manufacturer for us.

Do you sell your products in store?

We chose not to sell our touch tool through online distributors. Our biggest reason - we want a direct relationship with our customers. If we went through traditional distribution, we'd be unable to improve our touch tool and design creative products to help our customers in the future. We understand that everyone sleeps differently, so having no feedback loop with our customers just feels wrong.

By selling directly to you, we get to build real relationships with our community and get direct feedback to build better products.

Where does Scrubbd ship?

We ship to all states in the USA.

We currently do not offer international shipping, but we hope to do so in the future. If you want Scrubbd in your country, we'd love to hear from you. Message us on Facebook or Instagram.

When will my order ship?

Our warehouse team works diligently to process orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday - Friday. Ground shipping to the contiguous states takes 3-5 business days, including processing time.

For ground shipping to AK and HI, please allow 5-7 business days for processing and shipping.

Is shipping free?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $25.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Any changes to your order (including cancellations) must be requested within 12 hours of your order confirmation. Orders are processed within 1 business day as we try to ship orders out as quickly as possible. While we will try our best to make the necessary changes to your order, we cannot guarantee this.

Returns

What is your return policy?

All orders can be returned within 30 days from delivery. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all orders, so you are welcome to return the touch tool, even after you have used it.

To initiate a return, please email support@buyscrubbd.com and we will respond with instructions.

When can I expect a refund?

We process all returns once our warehouse team has confirmed receipt of the pillow. It takes a few business days for your credit card company to refund you the order after that. You will receive an email once we have processed the refund on our end.

What safety measures have you implemented given COVID-19?

We know these are uncertain times, so first off, we hope you and your loved ones are safe and healthy. We're taking extra precautions as we keep our warehouse facility operational in Los Angeles, CA.

Following CDC and WHO guidelines, we've implemented deep cleaning and sterilization procedures every day, including frequent disinfecting of common surfaces. Any team member who feels sick (or has had contact with someone who is under the weather) has been asked to stay home and is not allowed to enter the facility. Our warehouse team is also practicing social distancing while at work and work groups are separated to the extent possible.

Are you doing contactless delivery?

Yes - we partner with UPS, USPS, and FedEx to deliver our packages. Each carrier has implemented contactless delivery options, and no package is shipped with signature confirmation necessary.
